Rooted Energy was one of the first products we built the brand around because it fit the kind of routine I believe in: simple, consistent, and useful in real life.
Why we chose it
As a strength and conditioning coach, I see a lot of people relying on bigger and bigger stimulant hits just to get through work, training, and everything else on the calendar. I wanted our energy category to have another option. Rooted Energy uses vitamin B12 and CoQ10 in a caffeine-free capsule, which made it a natural fit for the kind of steady daily support we wanted Rooted to represent.
What it is
Rooted Energy is a 30-capsule dietary supplement featuring vitamin B12 and coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). It is designed to fit into a straightforward daily routine without turning energy support into another complicated ritual.
Where it fits
